Meetings happen on Monday afternoons from 4pm to 5:45pm!
The meetings are set up to allow the kids space to be themselves. Parents are asked to stay on site. They are welcome to find a quiet corner or join in the chaos and fun as they choose.
Meetings start at 4pm with kids arriving and getting comfortable in the space. Activities generally start at 4:15pm and finish by 5:30pm. The last 15min are a soft close out process for kids with difficulty transitioning invited to help us pack up the event.
Scroll down for our schedule of entertainments and pricing. We plan our schedule around the school terms but you can join in anytime. Enroll in 1 meeting to come along and try it out, the whole term, or just pick and choose the dates that look fun. It's entirely up to you.
Winter Term Schedule
Each group meeting has a focal entertainment. Participation is entirely voluntary and the kids can choose to be involved for as much or as little of the event as they wish.
The Winter Term runs from July 28th to Sept 15th.

Kids in the Kitchen - Making Muffins
We'll be making the batter from scratch to bake up some tasty muffins. There will be Banana Choc muffins and Apple Raspberry muffins to munch!

Karting Fun
Which is more fun? Karting in the real world on our Ezy Drift wriggle karts? Or karting in the digital world on our cinema size Mario Kart screens?

Pottery Wheels
A chance to get a small size sample on what it is like to work with clay on a pottery wheel. Our small, electric, hobby wheels work a treat with air-dry clay. This clay doesn't need kilns to set so can be taken home to dry as a lasting memento of the group.

Spring Term Schedule
Each group meeting has a focal entertainment. Participation is entirely voluntary and the kids can choose to be involved for as much or as little of the event as they wish.
The Spring Term runs from October 20th to December 8th.

Tattoo Bunnies
An acrylic rabbit statue is your blank canvas to cover with a mosaic of pictures using temporary tattoos to fill in your bunny's body.

DIY Superhero Costume
We provide a large variety of art and craft supplies including fabric, cardboard, foam and more. You provide the inspiration to create a costume for a brand new super hero. Will you be The Pineapple? Or Super Lizard? Or Unicorn Avenger? You decide.

Kids in the Kitchen: Pasta & Sauce
We will be cooking up a couple of batches of different pastas and making a couple of different pasta sauces from scratch. At the end the kids can decide which pasta and sauce combination they would like to try.

Dr Bubble and Milkshakes from Bubble Laboratory (otherwise known as Kurt and Iulia) will be coming to visit and teaching us a bunch of fun tricks and bubble techniques.

Intro to Warhammer
The lovely people from Kaotic Kraken will be coming to visit and giving us an introduction into the world of Warhammer. Build and paint your first figurine and then learn how to maneuver your character through the game field.

Pricing
Each meeting costs $78.00 to attend. For your first booking you must register into our system using the booking system which can be found by clicking here. You can select as many or as few dates as you wish. We will reserve your dates and collect some information about the new member. Invoices will be sent weekly after each meeting either to yourself or to your nominated plan manager.
*NDIS available to members on Self Managed Plans or with Plan Management providers assuming suitable goals.

NDIS payment accepted*
At the end of each term, members who have attended 5 or more meetings will be issued a "report" on their attendance which can be used for NDIS plan reviews.
Please note: Due to staff level requirements, bookings cancelled with less than 2 business days notice will still require payment in full.
